During the third quarter of 2023, the iOS platform in Ghana saw varied performance among the top Gacha games, with notable trends in downloads, revenue, and active users. This analysis is based on data from Sensor Tower.

eFootball™ 2024 from KONAMI exhibited a fluctuating trend in weekly revenue, starting at around $134 and peaking at approximately $390 in mid-September. Weekly downloads showed a significant rise towards the end of the quarter, climbing from roughly 2.5K in late June to around 3.2K by the end of September. Active users also saw an upward trend, increasing from about 84K to nearly 121K.

Rise of Kingdoms by Lilith Games experienced a spike in weekly revenue in late July, reaching about $214, but generally remained modest with figures mostly below $100. Weekly downloads saw a notable peak at the end of August with 626 downloads but generally hovered around the lower hundreds. Active users saw a significant increase in late August, rising from about 370 to 739, before declining to 334 by the end of September.

Marvel Contest of Champions from Kabam Games, Inc. showed a consistent weekly revenue trend, peaking at around $387 at the start of the quarter but generally staying below $100. 8 Ball Pool™ by Miniclip.com demonstrated steady weekly revenue, peaking at $125 in early August. Weekly downloads remained consistently strong, ranging between 2.1K and 2.7K throughout the quarter. Active users also remained robust, with numbers fluctuating slightly but ending the quarter at around 121K.

Need for Speed No Limits by Electronic Arts saw its weekly revenue peak at $81 in mid-July, with a slight decrease towards the end of the quarter. Weekly downloads showed a declining trend, starting at 485 in late June and dropping to around 296 by the end of September. Active users followed a similar trend, decreasing from 2.4K to about 1.8K over the quarter.
